Letter of invitation
Participants, who need a letter of invitation in order to make their arrangements to participate in the Congress may receive a letter via the Administrative office. A letter of invitation can only be issued after registration and after we have received full payment for the meeting (therefore the on-site payment option does not apply in these cases) and with proof of employment from the institute named.

Airport Information and Shuttle Service
The nearest Airport is Aéroport Nice Côte D’Azur and can be reached by taxi or bus from Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 from the final station in Cannes. Distance to Hotel Majestic approx 40 km or 30-45 min. The Hotel Majestic (situated opposite the Palais du Festival) is within walking distance to the final station.
